Description

Extracted following pollination of an organic passion fruit grove in Southern California, our rare passion fruit honey brings a unique spin on sweetness. This smooth honey has a medium golden color and a tropical aftertaste. Our bees pollinate the blooms during the early summer months, allowing for harvest of this delicious honey in the late summer. Only limited quantities are available seasonally.

Passion fruit honey is best paired with cheese, used in teas or as a spread, or as a topping and sweetener.

The honey is all natural and raw, and never heated or filtered. Please keep at room temperature. If crystallization/granulation is observed, simply place the jar in a bowl of warm water for twenty minutes to re-liquefy.

Stock is limited due to the seasonality and limited supply of this variety.
