Espresso, honey, and alcohol complimenting one another on a first name basis….
Recipe
2 oz. espresso, cool
3/4 oz. cynar
1/4 oz. warmed Massey Honey
1/4 oz. Cointreau
After warming the honey slightly, combine all the ingredients. Add a good amount of ice and shake like hell for five seconds. Strain into a small, chilled glass. Let the bubbles rise to the top and enjoy.
